Graduate School Projects

I graduated from the Digital Media Design for Learning (DMDL)* program at NYU's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development in December 2021. My graduate student portfolio includes examples of coding projects, instructional design, and narrative design in learning.

Supporting Self-directed Informal Learning

For my graduate thesis project, I designed a mobile app to help higher education employees navigate and own their professional development experience. The app I developed, called Ingenium, allows employees to follow a learning path with a variety of challenges that help them develop core competencies while also offering opportunities for both reflection and collaboration.

Ingenium is grounded in research from the learning sciences and organizational management fields. It empowers employees to own their professional development and provides leadership a valuable, cost-effective resource for aiding in employee growth.
